I am a senior chef at Escondido Tapas and Wine and I was fortunate to work in St. Moritz in Switzerland. So it was really like I was ding Swiss in South Africa. The food was absolutely divine. Soft tender veal with a delivate white wine sauce, served with crispy soft delicious rosti. My fiance has been nagging me to go here for their Gorgonzola Gnocchi. And African swiss did not disapoint. The rest of my family very particular when it comes to food, loved the food specially the smaller elements on the plate like to potato salad, mash and sauer kraute. The ambiance amazing and relaxed. Great place to have a sunday drive to. Thank you very much. Merci danke viel maal
